WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Food & Refreshments:
We provide a boxed lunch for volunteers. All are welcome to a boxed lunch regardless of shift time - we always get enough for all volunteers!!
Food and refreshments will be available at the VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TENT, and you may enjoy shade and air conditioning at the INFIELD CHALET.
Sunscreen will be available to use at the VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TENT for those in need.
Upon check-in, all volunteers will receive a name badge and Trade Secrets denim apron (optional).
HELPFUL ITEMS TO BRING:
Please dress accordingly and be prepared for weather with shoes that can get wet - and a raincoat, just in case!
A water bottle - while water will be provided in your boxed lunches, it is important to stay hydrated throughout your shift. We encourage the use of reusable water bottles in our effort to be environmentally conscious!

Access to all available Garden Tours on Saturday, May 17, 2025 (We apologize that some gardens have restricted capacity).
Resume building skills and experience for Student Volunteers as well as letters of recommendation for college applications.
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE THE BELOW BENEFITS:
A full volunteer job description that can be used on resumes or in college applications
A letter of recommendation from Project SAGE (upon request) after the conclusion of your volunteerism
Free admission for yourself and one parent or guardian to the Trade Secrets Sale Event on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
SECURING YOUR GARDEN TOUR TICKETS:
Each Trade Secrets Volunteer receives admission for themselves to all available garden tours.
Please note: some gardens have capacity restrictions, which may limit ticket availability. Tickets are secured on a first-come-first-served basis.
Should you like to visit the garden with a guest that is not a Trade Secrets volunteer - their ticket(s) will need to be purchased.
GARDEN TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY, APRIL 1st at www.tradesecretsct.com/purchasetickets.
To secure your garden tour tickets, add each garden of your choice and enter the promotional code found in your volunteer confirmation email.
